Application & Screening

Background Verification & Vetting
Thorough background checks are conducted, including:
- Criminal record screening (in collaboration with relevant authorities).
- Employment history verification.
- Reference checks from previous employers.
KDN vetting is done for security personnel to ensure legal compliance.

Physical & Medical Assessment
- Candidates undergo a physical fitness test to assess their endurance and capability.
- A medical check-up ensures they are fit for duty and free from any health conditions that may hinder performance.
Interview & Assessment
Candidates attend an interview with Skymax’s recruitment panel, which evaluates:
- Communication skills & discipline
- Crisis handling ability
- Knowledge of security procedures
Written and practical security related assessments may be conducted based on the role.
Training & Certification
Selected candidates undergo comprehensive security training, including:
- Security laws & regulations
- Emergency response & crisis management
- Customer service & professionalism
- Self-defense & surveillance techniques
Certifications such as Basic Security Guard Training (BSGT) and fire safety courses are provided where necessary.
Deployment & Probation Period
- Once training is completed, security personnel are deployed to assigned locations.
- A probationary period is implemented to evaluate their performance on-site.
- Continuous monitoring and feedback sessions are conducted to ensure compliance with Skymax standards.
