Accounts & Admin Assistant/ExecutiveJob Type:
Full TimeSalary Range:
MYR 2,300 – MYR 3,200++Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle full set accounts, including overseeing account payable, account receivables, fixed assets and general ledger functions.
- Assisting with monthly and yearly closings, account analysis and supporting the Manager in carrying out the responsibilities of Account and Finance Department.
- Customer Invoice and payment follow up.
- Process payment, filing and updating AP transaction.
- Liaise with auditors, tac agents, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities
- Handle Daily General & Administrative duties
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be added advantage.
- Preferably with knowledge in accounting, finance, bookkeeping and proficient with Accounting ERP system.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving skills.
- Good teamwork attitude. Leadership skills are an added advantage for career advancement.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
